What matters most usually sits below the surface. In a company, in a team, in a person. That is where I work.
Closing the gap between strategy and reality. Working from inside the system, not advising from the outside.
MoreOne to oneFor people who want to be mirrored, not confirmed. Direct, personal, deep.
MoreIn private practiceFor the effects of developmental and attachment trauma. Choice is created where for a long time there was only compulsion.
MoreIn groupsAn experience that gets to the root. Not a training, a real encounter.
MoreSix lives. One common theme.
Competitive athlete, bank clerk, opera singer, construction worker, coach/organisational developer, trauma therapist. I come from many lives, and all of them live on in how I work today.
For fifteen years I have worked with boards, executive teams and leadership circles. What draws me is not the next solution but the point where a system begins to rethink itself, takes responsibility and leaves the comfortable path. That is where work emerges that carries – work that serves life, not just the numbers. I look at the whole, not at the symptom that happens to shout loudest.
I never take anyone to places I haven’t been myself. My path has unfolded over many years, during which I’ve learned to feel rather than merely function. Not either or, but both and. The range of experience is why I stay, especially when things get challenging.
The common thread? Making relationship possible. First with yourself, then with others.
